At times, it may take a couple of days to get back to you because we are out in the rainforest on tour. Please be patient, you are important to us. Since we do not have a phone or email in the jungle, we will contact you as soon as we can find our way home.


Step 2

We will check availability and get back to you as soon as we can and refer you to fill out and submit an online Reservation form.


Step 3

Once we receive this we will send you a Confirmation form, with a price breakdown and form for you to provide your credit card details, this acts as security in the event of cancellation, even if it is not your payment method.

If you have not provided these details within 10 days of making your reservation, your booking will be automatically cancelled.

 

Step 4

The full cost of the tour can be paid on your arrival at our office in Puerto Jimenez, or with your guide if starting from elsewhere. We accept cash (which is best), traveller’s checks with no additional fee, or bank transfers with a $40 charge. We can accept credit cards for which we must add a 6% bank charge due to the high charges here in Costa Rica, however this is not our preferred method of payment.

 

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations will be subject to a charge of 25% of the total cost of the tour, in order to cover MINAE non-refundable park fees paid out for your tour in advance. Full payment for the tour is required if the cancellation is made with less than 7 days notice. Cancellation payments will be automatically taken from your credit card details provided.
